Employment Cii has branch offices with Service Managers and technicians located in Roanoke, Fredericksburg, Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, Richmond, and Chesapeake, Virginia. Additional technicians are located in Danville, Harrisonburg, Bedford, Williamsburg, and Pulaski, Virginia. Cii has a branch office servicing Greensboro, Raleigh and Winston Salem, NC. All of Cii's branch managers have worked as service technicians and still periodically work in the field. Cii's seven branch managers have more that 154 years of combined field experience and have been employed at Cii for an average of twenty-one (21) years. Over sixty percent (60%) of our employees have worked for Cii more than seven years and thirty-three percent (33%) have been employed for more than fifteen (15) years. It is Cii's policy that any employee who has not been exposed through training or work experience to a similar problem, before proceeding with any repairs, call their branch manager for instructions. Cii's service technicians understand the company's commitment to quality service and realize their service requests are an indicator to Cii of their commitment to providing quality service to every customer. Ninety percent (90%) of the work Cii performs is HVAC service related, which includes maintenance agreements, equipment inspections, repairs, overhauls, retrofits, and upgrading of existing mechanical systems. Cii is not a manufacturer, and service is not a sideline of our business. Cii has eight (8) skilled service managers who have been employed by Cii for an average of nineteen (19) years. Our service managers are strategically located throughout our service area. Every new technician Cii employs is under the direct supervision of one of our existing experienced service managers or field supervisors. |
